Corn s First Addition plat (4 lots) was approved in 1978. If there were covenants, probably are expired. They did not show up in the title binder for recent sale of Lot 1. There is no HOA. The original Trustee who owned lots 1 and 2 bought them in 1982 and 1991. That is the last time a lot sold. Lot 2 size has been listed on the Assessor s site in the past as 1.385, and 2.2. The 2025 Assessment now shows the lot as 1.292. It is not rectangular. Some of the measurements are arcs instead of straight lines so not easy for them to calculate the acreage.
